I love a reason to celebrate, so any holiday is fun for me. I love our Valentine's Day traditions. We started the day with pink, heart shaped pancakes for breakfast. For lunch, we had heart shaped pizzas.
Later, we surprised Daddy with cards and his favorite chocolate pie.
We put the kids to bed, and enjoyed our own dinner date. We kept our traditional Valentine's dinner- shrimp, lobster, crab, and lots of my favorite veggies.
We also make Grandma Fern's red Valentine's Day cookies every year. We met up with my family the next weekend and the grandkids helped make the cookies. I love that tradition and it's a fun way to remember Grandma Fern
We also celebrated Charlotte's birthday and had a chocolate fountain.
Later, we decorated our cookies at home.
Carter wanted me to take a close up of his picture. Hah.
