We spent Thanksgiving with Dayton's family in Roosevelt. It was small, simple, and just the perfect break. We were lucky to have Great Grandma Law come celebrate with us.
Carter had a good time relaxing too.
Getting ready for the Thanksgiving.Hunter's favorite foods... hummus, veggies, bananas, milk. He always gets his favorite treats at Grandmas.
Bo and Mariah
We had the Whitings over for dinner as well.
For Christmas, Shirlene wanted new Christmas ornaments. She wanted a more "rustic" look. I found a few ideas on pinterest and Dayton helped me create them. They turned out pretty cute!
Putting on our new ornaments. . .
Hunter helped too.
Later we went to Hunger Games and our traditional bowling game at the Ute Tribe Bowling Alley.
A trip to Roosevelt wouldn't be complete without Hunter playing the in spice and and unwrapping Chicken Bullion cubes.
During the break Dayton helped Mariah with her math.
Hunter even got a special surprise. . . Thomas the train couch.
Hunter enjoyed the "Stanley" books on his couch and had a blast creating a train track that filled the basement.
Hunter and Carter both got LOTS of attention. They enjoyed cuddling and reading books with Grandpa Dave and Grandpa Shirlene. We sure love our time with grandparents.
