We were originally going to go to Star Valley this weekend, but were feeling burned out with our recent ventures and knew we had back to back weekends the rest of the summer. We wanted to take it easy and let the kids get good naps and bed times. We still had a fun weekend. We took the side by side up the canyon and hiked a small trail to get to a great overlook of the valley. We took binoculars and were able to see the gym project. To our surprise, at the top we discovered two big comfy chairs someone had driven up. It was a fun surprise and we had fun hanging up on the overlook.
After, we picked up a pizza and headed to Salem pond to play in the sand and water. The kids had a blast.
We discovered the secret to making Hunter like the side by side. Give him headphones and a good book. He loved the ride! Whatever it takes.
