Grandma Law wanted some help on her yard/farm to get it ready for Spring. She also wanted a new tin roof on one of her barns. She asked her sons and grandsons to come help her one weekend. Dayton wanted to give me a break so he took Hunter and Carter with him to Orangeville so Cooper and I could have good one on one time.
Hunter didn't make it too far into the drive before he crashed.
Aunt Lori came to help and Hunter definitely enjoyed playing with all the aunts and cousins. The first night they were there Shandie's kids came over. Hunter and Carter were already in bed but they ended up sneaking out and playing hide and seek together downstairs. The adults were all upstairs visiting when they heard the kids laughing downstairs. Dayton we don't and sure enough Hunter and Carter were still up and having the times of their lives. It was after 11 that night. Let's just say the boys, especially Hunter, were pretty tired and not to pleasant the rest of the trip.
Dayton took his new dirt bike for a little ride while he was down there. He claims it was to show Uncle Bo.....
Abbey was working on a human development assignment in Shirlene's class. Hunter passed the delayed gratification test and was rewarded with ice cream. He was stoked!
Hunter and Carter played lots of games and read LOTS of books. They enjoyed playing with Roo as well.
