Preston's Home!

Preston is home! My parents were in Rwanda for their humanitarian project/mission so Preston actually flew to Rwanda for a week with them and then they met his group in South Africa, and they all flew home together. He got home July 19. We were so excited to have him home! He is way less weird than any of the other brothers. He is at BYU and we are excited to have him closer. Yay for uncles!
This is everyone who could make it to the airport.
That weekend we spent a lot of time together, doing family activities. We went on a hike to Secret Lake. It ended up being longer than we thought. It was so busy, we parked down below by snowbird and ended up adding several extra miles. The kids did pretty good. Luckily, we found a free tram we got to take on the way back so we didn't have to hike all the way down. Thank goodness because we were starting to loose the kiddos. Such champs though and a beautiful hike.

We even got to see little salamanders in the lake!

We had a BBQ at the park and celebrated July birthdays with cheesecake and a piƱata. We also went to the Hogle Zoo. The kids had a blast. We went to a bird show, rode the train and carousel, played at the splash pad and got to see all the fun animals.
Aren't Evelyn and Carter the cutest? Such good friends.

We got photo bombed!
