Cooper is now officially a toddler. He still seems like the little baby and honestly probably gets away with more because of it. He is so fun and playful and we just adore Cooper. I had a friend tell me that when Cooper smiles, he smiles with his whole face. It is so true. His smile has a way of reaching anyone and can make anyone light up. What a little joy. We had a fun day celebrating Cooper. It was a day full of fun and laughs, but it also remember his last birthday. The day he came home from the hospital and we are so grateful that year is behind us. So grateful to have a healthy, happy little boy.
We started the morning with presents- his favorite were his new train/car set from Grandma and Papa Hunter and Mr. Potato Head. How we went this long and still not own a potato head is beyond me. Classic toy and even Carter and Hunter love playin with it. We got lots of fun accessories.
After presents, Dayton took Cooper for a long ride in the side by side. Then we took it for a little drive to the park and had lunch. Cooper's favorites.
Cooper is beyond obsessed with four wheelers and side by sides. Pretty much if it has a motor, he is ALL in. So, we decided it was only fitting to make a four wheeler cake. I tried to keep it simple-knowing my skill level- and opted for just drawing on one top. He could tell what it was and was thrilled so I'll call it a win.
He kept snitching frosting while we sang Happy Birthday.
He was definitely a fan of the chocolate cake. Happiest of birthdays Mr. Sunshine. We sure love you!
