Fall Break

We were wanting to go to Goblin Valley or somewhere fun outdoors for Fall Break, but the weather was cold so we decided to head to Ogden and check out all it had to offer. We got a hotel booked and the kids were stoked.
We went to the children's Treehouse museum in Ogden. The kids could have been there all day. It was fun and interactive.

I couldn't get enough of Parker and is obsession with this firetruck.

We took a tour of Ms. Cavanaugh's chocolate factory. It was a hit. They offer samples throughout the tour and then give you money at the end to go get different treats.

Cooper was so excited about his chocolate that he shoved it all in his mouth and then couldn't chew. HAH.

They had the best ice cream.
Afterwards we got dinner at Denny's. Yes. That is where we actually ate dinner. Can you tell we let the kids choose? They had a candy corn breakfast special. BLAH. Hunter was all over it.
That night we swam in the hotel pool forever and then enjoyed the continental breakfast that morning. The pools and breakfast at the hotel make the trip for the boys. They could do just that and be happy. As you can see from all of the plates, we definitely get our money's worth. HAH.
We went to Cherry Hill and ran into my best friend Abbey. We hadn't seen each other in years so it was a fun surprise. Cherry Hill was a gold mine. We were there for hours. They had so many activities. We did miniature golf, a spooky tractor ride, rock climbing, bumper boats, ball pit/playground, and a nerf shooting game. It was awesome.
We were surprised to see how much our kids enjoyed rock climbing. Now we are adding one to our gym project.
