We did a thing. We bought a duplex in Roosevelt with Dayton's parents. The duplex was well built but literally hadn't had a single update in 30 years. So, we pretty much gutted the one side that was vacant. We were scrambling to get it all done before the new tenant moved in. We spent a few weekends out in Roosevelt working all day every day to get it done. We put in new flooring, stained cabinets, tore off wallpaper, repainted the entire place, put in new baseboards, Carter was a great little helper. We did a lot and it now looks so good.
