We had to get creative with Carter's broken leg. We took advantage of all the fun library activities. We went to all the story times, went to a magician show, and went to the train festival in honor of the railroad's 150th birthday. The kids got to make their own trains, watch a train documentary, shoot at targets, and have a "western" snack. They loved it.
They continued to play with their trains when we got home.
We would have a story time inside the library and then they would have a snack, craft, and active activity for the kids outside.

One afternoon the library had a life size candy land game set up. They boys LOVED it.
Reptile Show
The boys love snakes- especially anacondas- so when the reptile guy brought out an anaconda they were thrilled!
After the show, the kids got to go and touch the snake. Carter and I decided against it, but Hunter was all over it.
Playing with magnet tiles after story time.
Sensory bins
The library held a chalk the walk and then gave out Chick Fil A coupons. We had fun and then went their for lunch afterwards.
Who doesn't love ice cream?
Love the waffle fries.
