Dayton decided he wanted to try his hand at Turkey hunting. Dayton and John went several mornings for weeks in attempt to get a turkey. They went up Payson canyon, but with no success.
One Saturday, Dayton took then boys with him to "scout" out turkeys with their binoculars. They enjoyed a little hike with Daddy.
The hunt wasn't a success, but we cooked up a turkey anyways. We tried out our new turkey stand on the smoker and loved the results! Dayton better become a better turkey hunter so we can enjoy more goodness on the smoker.
